Whether you require a full blown Special Round Tool from scratch or a modified standard our plants are well equipped to handle your Custom tool requirements. We have tremendous capacity with many state of the art 5 and 7 axis CNC grinders including those made by Walter, Anca and Unison where we can meet almost all of your close tolerance requirements. We also have tool and cutter grinders where we can modify standards quickly to add a step or rad for example and ship them out in a day or two. We strive to always maintain a QUICK turnaround time in manufacturing while never sacrificing QUALITY. Please refer to the accompanying list on this page which illustrates some of the round custom tools we make and please do not hesitate to contact us if you need a Special round tool that is not shown on this list.

Also please note that although most of the industry today uses Solid Carbide Round Tools there is still from time to time a need for Carbide Tipped Round Tools as well as HSS/Cobalt Round Tools. Most of what we manufacture in Solid Carbide we can still offer in Carbide Tipped and HSS/Cobalt as well so if you have a requirement that dictates that type of tool we would be happy to work with you in that area…
